Rustam Abdullayev

Rustam Abdullayev is the Founder and Director of HSE.AZ LLC, with over 13 years of experience in the construction, petrochemical, oil, and gas industries, both locally and internationally. They hold four NEBOSH qualifications and an international diploma, and are an approved trainer for IOSH courses. Rustam has served as an HSE Field Compliance Coordinator at Aramco since 2023 and has held various health and safety positions, including Health Safety Environment Advisor and Coordinator at SOCAR AQS. They are a graduate member of IOSH, a full member of IIRSM, and a member of CIEH, having graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
