Thibault Villette is a seasoned science specialist with extensive experience in nonmetallic technologies, particularly within the oil and gas, building, and infrastructure sectors at Aramco since December 2014. Villette leads R&D projects focused on sustainable structural materials, successfully advancing technologies from conceptual stages to pilot deployment. Previous roles include leading innovative welding technologies for thermoset composites and managing teams in oil and gas network integrity, where significant improvements in data analysis were achieved. Earlier career experiences include positions at e-Xstream engineering, Bertrandt AG, and research internships at Dassault Systemes and CNRS, where expertise in composite modeling, material degradation, and computational techniques were developed. Villette holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Physics from Université Grenoble Alpes and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Université de Franche-Comté.
