Mark Mann

Mark Mann has worked in technology for over 18 years. Mark began their career in 2004 at Virtual Solutions Inc, where they held the roles of Director of Engineering, Sales Engineer, and Software Developer. In 2013, they joined Serrala as Director of Product Development, where they worked with clients to understand their challenges and offer innovative and effective solutions. In 2022, they were appointed as Head of Technology at SmartCert® by Aramid.

Mark Mann has a Computer Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied Software Engineering and Computer Animation from 2000 to 2004. Before that, they attended Saint Johns High School from 1996 to 2000. Mark also holds several certifications from various institutions, including ABAP Development for SAP HANA from Open SAP (2014), Kofax KTM Solutions Specialist and Kofax Technical Solutions Specialist from Kofax (2013), and multiple certifications from EMC Captiva (2007).
