Paul Decker

Co-Founder & President at Aramid Technologies

Paul Decker is the Co-Founder and President of Aramid Technologies. Prior to Aramid, Paul was the CEO & Chairman of ABP Induction, LLC from January 2005 to December 2019. ABP Induction was acquired by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Primetals Technologies in 2019.

From 1997 to 2000, Paul was the President of the Life Safety Division at ATMI. In 2000, they became the CEO of Cobotics, Inc. and held that position until 2002. From 2003 to 2005, Paul served as the CEO & Principal Consultant of Cialfo Group. In 2009, they joined CM Acquisitions, LLC as Principal and advised on the acquisition of ABP Induction.

Paul is currently the Chairman of Kobuk Holdings and a Director of Color Communications.

Paul Decker holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Paul Decker works with and Lonni Kieffer - Co-Founder & Chief Customer Officer. Their manager is Lyndon Lattie, Founder & CEO.
