Divya Kumar is a Senior Consultant at Aranca, with previous roles at KPMG India as an Associate in Deal Advisory - CF Valuations, and as a Senior Analyst. At KPMG India, Divya performed business valuations, conducted market research, and led audit teams for major private equity firms, while also mentoring junior staff. Prior experience includes co-founding Bash, Inc., where event production skills were applied to successfully execute weddings and corporate retreats. Divya began the professional journey at Aranca as a Junior Consultant, managing financial reporting for numerous US-based companies and facilitating employee training. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Management Studies in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai and ongoing ACCA studies.
