Aras Group is home to two companies, built on one principle: trust, proven by delivery.

Founded in 2015 by Aschraf Mahmud, Aras brings a German standard of precision and accountability to everything it builds the same discipline behind German engineering, applied to Dubai property.

Aras Developments is our real estate development company. Over 200 residential units delivered across Dubai. Investors from 30+ nationalities. Every project launched to date, sold out.

Aras Fine Interiors is our design and fitout company. 45+ projects across residential, commercial and hospitality. A 50+ person in-house team handling design, fitout, joinery, MEP and approvals under one roof, no fragmented subcontractors, no handoff gaps.

Two companies, one standard: we don't disappear after handover. Our teams stay through construction, snagging and beyond which is why many of our clients come back to build with us again.

More than properties. We build experiences.
