Florent Grin

Florent Grin has extensive experience in management and human resources, demonstrating strong skills in project management and organizational development. At present, they serve as a group leader at ARASMAC, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of 45 individuals implementing public policy in vocational integration. In previous roles, they have worked with the Ville de Lausanne, where they developed strategic reintegration strategies, and at the Etat de Vaud, where they managed a budget and negotiated for labor market measures.
