David Silva

David Silva has worked in the Human Resources and Operations fields for over 20 years. In 1998, they began their career as a Local Distribution Center (LDC) Assistant Manager for Penske Logistics. In 2002, they moved to Loansnap Inc. as a Branch Manager. In 2008, they joined Smeloff & Benner as an Operations & HR Manager. In 2012, they were hired by SRI Infotech as VP of Human Resources & Operations. In 2020, they were promoted to VP of Human Resources at EPP LLC. Most recently, in 2022, they accepted the role of Director of Human Resources at Aravo Solutions - Integrated Risk & Resilience.

David Silva obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from UMass Boston between 1999 and 2002. David also earned a Senior Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (SPHR\u00ae) Certification from HRCI in August 2020.
