Roman Joffe

Chipset System Team Lead

Roman Joffe serves as the Chipset System Team Lead and Radar System Architect at Arbe since December 2021. Concurrently, Roman has been a lecturer at Shamoon College of Engineering since September 2014, teaching courses on waves and distribution systems, microwave antenna introduction, passive RF design, information theory, probability theory, digital communication, and electromagnetic fields. Previous experience includes roles as a lecturer and lab instructor at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from March 2018 to March 2022, focusing on microwave circuits and labs. Additionally, Roman held positions as R&D Manager at Anachoic and R&D Director and Senior RF Design Engineer at Eagantu. Roman began the career as an R&D Engineer at IAI from September 2011 to September 2014. Roman completed a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2012 to 2018, along with a Master of Science in the same field from 2009 to 2012 and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shamoon College of Engineering from 2005 to 2009.
