Tal Krispin

Tal Krispin is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in human resources, social work, and customer service. Currently serving as a Recruiting and HR Coordinator at Arbe since November 2021, Tal contributes to advancing innovative radar technology for safety in autonomous driving. Prior experiences include social work internships at Parpar Day Care and Netivot's Welfare Services, focusing on at-risk children, and roles in customer service at Hapoel Jerusalem Basketball Club and as an office manager at Kesher NGO. Tal's career began in the Israel Defense Forces as a Senior Commander in the Human Resource Corps, leading teams and managing logistical operations. Tal holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and has a background in the performing arts from The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.
