Mateen Ahmed

Mateen Ahmed is a seasoned Technical Lead and Project Manager at Arbisoft, where responsibilities include managing a team of over 20 engineers for a London-based product, expanding from 4 engineers since July 2015. Additionally, Mateen has extensive experience as a Technical Recruiter and Trainer, conducting hundreds of technical assessments and interviews for software engineering positions over the past four years. Previous roles include Tech Lead and Python Engineer, leading small teams on service-based projects, and Sub-Lead Data Engineer for a North American and European metasearch engine. Earlier in a vice chair role at IEEE-SEECS NUST Chapter, Mateen contributed to advancing technological innovation. A software internship at Bentley Systems involved developing a RESTful service for database queries. Mateen holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), earned between 2011 and 2015.
