Roberta Casare

Roberta Casare is currently working as the Lider de Capital Humano at Arbit since October 2021. Prior to this, Roberta worked as a Partner at Longeva and as an HR Project Manager at STATO - Consultoria from April 2017 to October 2021. With experience in managing large HR projects and conducting professional assessments and coaching for leaders, Roberta also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Dynatrace and as a Human Resources Analyst at Soluções Usiminas. Roberta holds a postgraduate degree in Career Orientation and Social Psychology, as well as certifications in Coaching and a Master's degree in Human Condition Studies.
