Jon Bell is a design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various industries. As the Founder of Arbiter since July 2020, Jon focuses on developing products and classes to enhance media literacy and combat disinformation. Previously, Jon served as the Founding Designer at Replay and held a Senior Design Lead position at Alphero, where work included projects for notable clients such as the New Zealand Defence Force and Co-operative Bank. Jon's career includes key roles at Twitter, Microsoft, frog, and RealNetworks, highlighting a commitment to designing inclusive and user-friendly experiences regardless of circumstances. Jon also has a background in education, having taught at the Art Institute of Seattle, and holds a Master of Design from Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia & Web Design from The Art Institutes.
