BlueWillow Biologics is a venture-backed biotech company that develops intranasal vaccines based on its proprietary nanotechnology platform.

Before their time at BlueWillow Biologics, Dave Peralta was the Chief Financial Officer of Arbortext from January 2002 to December 2006. Arbortext is a venture-backed XML content management software company that was acquired by PTC Software in 2005. From January 1993 to December 2002, Dave Peralta was the Chief Financial Officer of Mechanical Dynamics, Inc. And prior to that, they were an Advisory & M&A Consultant at PwC from January 1989 to December 1993.
