Our office staff is comprised of trained, experienced Human Service and Childcare professionals with varying backgrounds, licenses and certifications, many of who have worked previously in direct care organizations. They bring an informed perspective that helps Arbor maintain a high level of quality in the delivery of our services.

Our field staff are generally recognized as the best available. Our screening, on-boarding and retention processes assure that they have (and maintain) a wide variety of credentials and training that allow them to service programs with very specific requirements – and to fit right in with existing relief staff.

We’re aware that some staffing agencies minimize their costs by skirting regulatory requirements or utilizing an independent contractor model – avoiding payroll, benefits, unemployment and workers compensation costs that support sustainable communities.
