Rachel Ormseth

Rachel Ormseth is an experienced professional in green asset management and urban forestry. Currently serving as a Partner Relationship Manager at the Arbor Day Foundation since September 2025, Rachel previously held positions as an Account Executive at PlanIT Geo™ and as an Urban and Community Forestry Coordinator at the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources. Rachel’s background includes consulting on urban forestry solutions and working as an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay, where relationship-building was a key focus. Early experiences include an internship at Denver Botanic Gardens, concentrating on community gardening initiatives, and a sales role at Lewis Family Drug, specializing in garden products. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences with an emphasis on Biology and Horticulture from South Dakota State University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
