Wayne Lanham has extensive experience in procurement and purchasing within the residential construction industry. Currently serving as Regional Vice President of Procurement at Arbor Homes / Silverthorne Homes since September 2019, Wayne previously held several leadership positions including Director of Purchasing and Estimating at Lennar and Purchasing Manager roles at Onyx and East / Milhaus. Wayne's career began as an Estimator at Zaring Premier Homes, with significant roles at The Drees Company and Beazer Homes, where responsibilities included restructuring purchasing operations across multiple states. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Construction Technology from Indiana State University.
