Phil Evans

Phil Evans is a seasoned operations management professional with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as the Fleet and Field Operations Manager at Arbor Masters since April 2021, Phil previously held various operational roles in the US Army from 2013 to 2021, including Operations NCOIC, where responsibilities included managing executive-level training events and coordinating efforts between multiple military branches and government contractors. Phil also served as a technical advisor and project manager for major training operations focusing on combat readiness and marksmanship. Educationally, Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Excelsior University, completed between 2020 and 2021.
