Michael Jensen

Michael Jensen currently serves as VP of Engineering at Arbor, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held the VP of Engineering title at Arcadia from May 2020 to September 2025, where previous leadership roles included Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering, all focusing on JavaScript and additional skills. Experience also includes serving as Lead Developer/Team Lead at UrbanStems, leading engineering efforts while also being hands-on in development using React and Node. Michael's tenure at the Democratic National Committee saw leadership of engineering teams responsible for applications built in various technologies including Python, Rails, and PHP, which catered to millions of voters. Earlier experience includes a Lead Developer role at the New Organizing Institute, focusing on civic data standardization. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Miami University.
