Josh Hsu has a diverse work experience that spans from 2001 to the present. Josh started as a Freelance Director/Producer and later co-founded BROWN HSU FILMS, LLC, where they worked as an Executive Producer until 2016. In 2006, they joined The Princeton Review as a Premier Tutor/Tutoring Manager, responsible for tutoring and managing various exams. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an Adjunct/Guest Lecturer at California State University, Los Angeles, specializing in post-undergraduate test preparation instruction. In 2013, they joined ArborBridge as a Senior Instructor/Subject Specialist and eventually became the Director of Client Services in 2023. More recently, in 2023, they completed a Software Engineering Immersive Fellow program at General Assembly, gaining expertise in Javascript, Python, React, Django, and Node.js.
Josh Hsu completed their education with a Master of Fine Arts in Directing from UC Irvine in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Acting and Lighting Design from SUNY New Paltz in 2001. In 2023, they are planning to pursue Computer Software Engineering at General Assembly.
