Chris Moser

Chris Moser has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Chris started working as a Senior in Transaction Real Estate at Ernst & Young in 2007, where they stayed until 2011. From 2011 to 2019, they served as Vice President at Hunt Companies, Inc. In 2019, they joined ArborCrowd as the Director of Acquisitions. Chris then moved on to Arbor Realty Trust in 2023, where they currently hold the position of Director of Acquisitions & Originations, overseeing the origination of various loan products, equity investments, and managing investments in the built-to-rent and single-family rental space. Additionally, they are involved with originating and servicing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans, offering bridge financing and FHA loans.

Chris Moser completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Lehigh University College of Business in 2006. From 2002 to 2007, Chris also pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting and Information Systems Analysis at Lehigh University. Additionally, in 2007, Chris obtained a Master's degree in Accounting from Lehigh University College of Business.
