Greg Mann is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the research and development sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Bragato Research Institute since February 2024, Greg contributes to innovation within New Zealand's wine industry. As General Manager of ArborGen Australasia since March 2010, Greg oversees operations in New Zealand and Australia for a leader in forestry seedling products. Previously, Greg held the position of Director at Scion, a Crown Research Institute focused on advancing New Zealand's forestry and biomaterials sectors from August 2017 to July 2024. Prior roles include General Manager - Commercial at The New Zealand Institute for Plant & Food Research Ltd, where responsibilities included commercialising research and intellectual property from 2003 to 2010. Greg holds a BSc (Honors) in Chemistry from Victoria University of Wellington, obtained between 1980 and 1983.
