Matt Post has a diverse work experience, starting from their position as a laborer at The Ruhlin Company from 2000 to 2005. Matt then moved on to Yellow Roadway Corporation (YRC) where they held various roles in operations management from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they worked as a senior associate at Dewolff, Boberg & Associates from 2008 to 2011, where they were responsible for leading a team of consultants and implementing LEAN techniques. Matt then joined Pier 1 Imports as an Operation's Manager from 2011 to 2014, and later as a DC Manager from 2014 to 2015. Matt then worked as a Distribution Manager at Performance Health from 2015 to 2019. Currently, Matt is serving as the Vice President of Operations at Arborwear since March 2022 after previously holding the position of Director of Operations from 2019 to 2022.
Matt Post attended The University of Akron from 2000 to 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In 2003, they also spent a year at the University of Konstanz studying German. As part of their Psychology degree, they specialized in Cognitive Psychology and also studied German.
