Bar Kraeis

Bar Kraeis is currently a Customer Care Team Lead at Arbox, where they have developed and managed a professional customer service team since 2026. They previously held positions as a Customer Care Lead and Customer Care Specialist at Better, and worked as a Support Associate at Wolt and max. Bar also served as the Deputy Station Manager at Kol Yavne Radio Station and was an International Affairs & Visits Staff Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces from 2017 to 2020. They are a student at Tel Aviv University, working towards a degree in Communication and Sociology in the Digital Society program.
