Wallis Baxter

Wallis Baxter has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Corporate Manager of Product Development & Integration at Arby's Restaurant Group since February 2007. Previously, Wallis was a Program Coordinator at Zion Hill B.C. from 2007 to 2010 and held the position of Director of Franchise Operations at CKE Restaurants, Inc. from March 1978 to March 2004. Wallis also worked as a Director in Training at Darden Restaurants for Smokey Bones from November 2004 to February 2007, with a strong focus on operations management throughout various roles.
