Arc is the first voice AI platform that lets you run, optimize, and grow your drive-thru like a digital channel.

Arc goes beyond basic voice ordering to deliver a full intelligence layer on top of the drive-thru: AI-powered upselling, A/B testing, sentiment analysis, and a real-time analytics dashboard that shows operators exactly what is working and how to fix what isn't.

Our fast, friendly and branded voice agents delight customers and work seamlessly alongside crew members while delivering 3-7% AOV lift, 95%+ first pass accuracy, and measurable labor savings, all with zero negative impact on customer satisfaction or line speed.

With an unrivaled founding team of top executives from Square, Cash App, Bain, and Meta, and backed by the best investors and operators including a16z, Adverb, Broadway Restaurant Group, and United Talent Agency, Arc is redefining and elevating the drive-thru experience for restaurant brands and their customers.
