Arc Advisors is a specialized advisory practice focused on tax planning and consulting for clients with international activities.  The firm was founded by Melody Horton, a specialist in international tax matters.  Melody formerly was a partner and led the international tax practice for a large regional accounting firm before branching out.

Arc Advisors provides US international tax consulting on both inbound and outbound tax matters, including cross border mergers and acquisitions and global mobility planning for expats and inpats.
