Chan Lai

Chan Lai, Ph.D., currently serves as an Associate at Arc Aspicio, where responsibilities include supporting and developing the IPAWS-OPEN User Acceptance Test (UAT) test harness and providing performance analysis metrics. Prior to joining Arc Aspicio in September 2016, Chan Lai worked at CACI International Inc., starting in December 2002, progressing through roles from Software Engineer to Technical Support Engineer, with contributions in areas such as body detection algorithms and sensor interface development for military applications. Additionally, Chan Lai's experience includes a tenure at Northrop Grumman, where advanced signal/image processing algorithms were developed for fingerprint recognition systems and missile defense simulations. Chan Lai earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
