Lillian Ware

Lillian Ware has worked in the engineering field since 2011. Lillian began their career as a Utilities Field Engineer at Kiewit, where they collaborated with the superintendent to develop construction work plans and documented and reported on progress of construction. In 2013, they worked as an Environmental Engineering Intern at Carbon Recycling International, where they created a mass balance model and designed a feasibility study. Lillian then worked as a Design Engineer and Test Engineer at Laritech, Inc. in the same year. In 2016, they held two roles as a Freelance Product Engineer at PWRSPRK and as an Industrial Design Student at ArtCenter College of Design for a Formula E Race. Lillian then worked as a Freelance Product Engineer at Lotus Elevated in 2017 and as a Product Engineer at WET (Design) in 2018. In 2020, they began their current role as an Electrical Engineer III at Honeybee Robotics, where they have designed electrical ground support equipment and harnesses, investigated and resolved shielding and grounding issues, and designed an avionics card. In 2022, they began working as an Electrical Engineer at Arc Boat Company.

Lillian Ware has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Environmental Emphasis) from the University of Southern California, obtained between 2007 and 2011. In 2009 and 2010, they studied Civil Engineering at the University of Cape Town as part of a Study Abroad program. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from Coursera and Ridley Engineering, as well as an Engineer In Training (EIT) certification from NCEES in 2010.
