Justin Ritchie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Arc Compute since March 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President, Sales and Marketing at 3DCityScapes from August 2020 to May 2021.

Justin has also been associated with Joey Ai, where they held multiple roles. From November 2018 to June 2020, they served as the Content Specialist and Head of Business Development. Simultaneously, they also worked as the Head of Business Development at Caramel Brand during the same period.

Before their time at Joey Ai and Caramel Brand, Justin co-founded ARC Reality and served as the Co-Founder & President from August 2016 to October 2018.
