Chris Bayol

Chris Bayol currently serves as the Head of CG at ARC Creative, a position held since February 2025. Previously, extensive experience was gained at The Mill from August 2008 to March 2025, progressing through roles such as Head of CG, Deputy Head of 3D, CG Lighting Supervisor, Lead 3D Artist, Junior 3D Operator, and Runner. In the early career, Chris Bayol obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Arts from Chapman University, where a personal curriculum was devised. Notable internships and roles include Visual Effects Intern at Darko Entertainment, Visual Effects Supervisor at ONJ Productions, and Visual Effects Supervisor at Ambiguous Films, contributing to various projects including the award-winning short film "Numb." The initial work experience also includes serving as a Mac Specialist at Apple Retail.
