Justin Matzen

Justin Matzen is an accomplished production professional with extensive experience in the creative industry. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of Production at Arc Creative since February 2025, Justin has previously held similar roles at The Mill, where responsibilities included both Deputy Head of Production and Senior Producer from August 2021 to February 2025. Prior to that, Justin was with iHeartMedia from February 2014 to September 2021, progressing through positions such as Senior Video Producer and Video Producer.
