Rafael Ghencev

Rafael Ghencev is a dedicated CG artist and creative director with a diverse background in film and animation. They served as Creative Director and CG Supervisor at Techno Image and have held roles such as Lead Environment Generalist at DNEG and CG Lead at both MPC and The Mill. Rafael has also directed and written animated films for various brands and established a personal studio, Quirky, for producing short films and music videos. Additionally, they have a strong commitment to education, having taught at multiple institutions and guided many former students now working in notable studios. Currently, they work as CG Lead at ARC Creative.
