Tim Crean

Tim Crean currently serves as Co-Head of 2D at Arc Creative, a position held since February 2025. Previously, Tim held the same title at The Mill from February 2022 to February 2025, focusing on VFX projects in the 2D department and enhancing operational efficiency across North America and the Asia-Pacific region. Tim's experience includes roles as Head of 2D Department, VFX Supervisor, and Lead VFX Artist at MPC from September 2018 to February 2022, as well as freelance positions with various companies. Tim co-founded and directed SUSPECT VFX + DESIGN from January 2003 to January 2017, crafting creative solutions for a diverse clientele. Earlier career highlights include positions as Lead VFX & Finishing Artist at Nice Shoes and Flame Artist at Tape House Digital. Tim obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from James Madison University between 1989 and 1993.
