Jeff Lam

Jeff Lam has a long history of experience in recruitment. In 2021, they were hired as Senior Recruiting Manager at Arc.dev, a remote career platform. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Ignite Technical Resources, starting as Recruitment Manager and later taking on the roles of Sr. IT Recruitment Consultant and IT Recruitment Consultant. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Aerotek - Allegis Group ULC.

Jeff Lam attended UBC Sauder School of Business from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Certificate in Management Essentials. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Concordia University.
