Mat Beasley

Mat Beasley's work experience includes a role as a Business Development/Sales Manager at ARC Energy starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ConocoPhillips starting in 2014. At ConocoPhillips, they held various roles including Integrated Operations Center (IOC) Optimization Lead and Integrated Operations Center (IOC) Operator. In these roles, they diagnosed well health and troubleshooted performance, recognized and adhered to stakeholders' requirements, minimized process upsets, controlled and maintained process flow, pressures, levels, and temperatures, provided surveillance oversight of process equipment, and served as a first-line contact for operation support. Before working at ConocoPhillips, Mat Beasley was a Multi-Skill Plant Operator at a crude oil stabilization plant for over 4 years. Mat operated the control board, provided direction for outside operators, and collaborated with various technicians. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Supervisor at MedicOne Medical Response, where they supervised daily operations and maintained inventory. Mat Beasley also worked as an Operations Manager at Pioneer Steel and Pipe Company, where they maintained and organized inventory, consulted with customers, and delivered items.

Mat Beasley attended Angelo State University from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Mat then transferred to McLennan Community College and pursued studies in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, Beasley enrolled at Blinn College and completed a degree in Fire Science and NREMT-Paramedic, specializing in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) in 2013.
