Farhan Samad is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong focus on network planning and design. Currently serving as an OT Network SME at Arc Infrastructure since February 2021, Farhan previously held the position of Senior Network Engineer at Data#3, where expertise in MPLS network design and Cisco Meraki SD-WAN implementation was applied. Farhan's earlier experience includes a significant tenure as an IP Network Planning Expert at Asiacell, where responsibilities involved network capacity planning and development for 2G, 3G, and 4G networks. Additional roles include Manager of Transmission Planning at China Mobile, where Farhan oversaw vendor proposals and network KPI optimization, and experience at NEC as a Transmission Planning Engineer, focusing on network assessment and strategic planning.

Previously called Brookfield Rail, Arc Infrastructure is a transport infrastructure manager.
