Dana Pace

Dana Pace, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for Arc Network since 2025. They have previously held roles as Human Resources Director at Food52 and Questex, and as Human Resources Manager at Hanley Wood. Dana's early career included positions in retail management and administrative sales, where they honed their skills in training, recruiting, and staff management. They are currently pursuing an MBA from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign while holding a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Boston University.
