Alan Rock

Alan Rock is the Vice President of Engineering at ARC-One Solutions, where they are dedicated to developing impactful software solutions. Previously, they served as the Director of Biomedical Information Technology at the American Red Cross, where they significantly enhanced the Client Assistance System following Hurricane Katrina, aiding 1.6 million families. Alan’s experience also includes roles as a Program Manager and Solutions Architect, where they successfully salvaged challenging CRM implementations and mentored large teams. They hold a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in German and Government from William & Mary.
