Adrian Kass

Adrian Kass is the CEO and Founder of ARC Software, a company established in January 2017 that delivers significant business and technological value to clients. With extensive experience across various domains, Adrian co-founded LAMINAR, a streaming platform, providing the core software development team. In addition, Adrian served as the Director of Laminar Global Poland's R&D division from March 2022 to March 2024, focusing on team formation and aligning technical solutions with business objectives. Previously, Adrian co-founded MOUSEE, an IoT-based pest control system, and held the position of Product Architect/Senior Advisor at Xynteo, where responsibilities included guiding product vision and architecture. Earlier in the career at LA-BROS, Adrian was involved in diverse projects ranging from web development and 3D animation to managing development teams for scaling startups.
