Arc Vitae is a four-month intelligent longevity system designed for accomplished women who intend to operate at their best for the next decade.

The centrepiece is a 15-day private jet immersion across four countries. Held within carefully chosen environments selected for their capacity to stabilise the body, clarify thinking, and support long-term vitality.

It integrates functional diagnostics, personalised biological insight, structured reflection, and guided mentorship, delivered without performance or prescription.

Each guest leaves with a Living Blueprint: a personalised reference system, and health data bank, encoding their biological data, behavioural insights, and strategic priorities for the years ahead.

At a certain stage of life, effort is no longer the problem. Fragmentation is. Arc Vitae provides the biological and psychological conditions required to consolidate energy, restore internal coherence, and establish a clear personal reference point before what comes next.

This is not a retreat. It is a decision environment.

Arc Vitae is led by Deborah Delaney, alongside Dorthe Hummel, genetic strategist, and Eeva Jaakonsalo, executive mentor. Together they provide a contained, senior-level framework for women who value autonomy, privacy, and clarity.

Longevity is not about doing more. It is about living with greater precision.
