Javier Frank has a wide range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Javier is currently the Global Director of Customer Success at Arc XP, a position they have held since May 2022. Javier's earlier experience includes roles as the Product Manager and Senior Software Architect at CommerceTools GMBH from February 2007 to November 2010, a Java Developer at FAST GmbH from October 2006 to January 2007, a Software Analyst and Developer at Sindicato Médico del Uruguay from September 2002 to August 2006, and a Software Developer at Banco Central del Uruguay from April 2003 to April 2005.
Javier Frank obtained their degree in Computer Science from the Universidad de la República, where they studied from 1995 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they have also received certifications as a Hybris Core Developer from Hybris AG in May 2012, and as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in July 2011.
