David Sagalowicz

David Sagalowicz is a seasoned purchasing director with over 25 years of experience, including 15 years in management. Currently serving as Europe Purchasing Director at Arc and a member of the Executive Committee, David leads a team focused on optimizing costs and procurement for the organization. Previously, David held key positions at Vallourec, where responsibilities included managing large purchasing departments and implementing new structures to enhance efficiency. David's education includes a degree in Materials Science from the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and further studies at Stanford University. In 2022, David was recognized as the French Purchasing Director by Décision Achats and the Conseil National des Achats.
