W Dean Kimber is the CEO – Americas at Arc International, where they lead the company's transformation to Operational Excellence in North and South America. With over 20 years of experience in Continuous Improvement and Turnaround environments, W Dean has previously served as Vice President & General Manager – Beverages at Graham Packaging, overseeing 19 manufacturing facilities and full P&L responsibility. Prior roles include General Manager at KIK Custom Products and several leadership positions at Plastipak Packaging, where they contributed significantly to operational efficiencies across various sectors. W Dean holds a BS in Finance, Economics, and Accounting from Utah State University.
