Michael Blyth

Michael Blyth is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Policy and Advocacy at the Australian Retail Credit Association and the GM of Policy & Advocacy, as well as the CEO of the Industry Code Administrator. They previously held the role of Senior Legal Counsel at National Australia Bank from 2010 to 2015 and worked at ASIC as a Senior Manager between 2015 and 2017. Michael began their career as Compliance Manager at Members Equity Bank from 2002 to 2006 before becoming Lead Legal Counsel at GE Capital from 2006 to 2010. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, which they completed between 1994 and 1998.
