Alan Marques

Alan de Oliveira Marques is a Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in both web and mobile application testing, currently employed at Arca Solutions since January 2022. Responsibilities include planning and executing test scenarios, conducting functional, exploratory, and regression tests, and documenting processes. Previous experience includes a similar role at Moovefy from April 2021 to January 2022, where Alan focused on test planning and documentation, and an internship in web development at Gama Soluções. Prior to this, Alan worked as an Operator of Tele-services at Paschoalotto, providing customer support and managing negotiations. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Instituição Toledo de Ensino and a Technical Degree in Mechanical Technology from Colégio Técnico Industrial - "Prof. Isaac Portal Roldán."
