ARCA is a scalable off-site construction system designed to build housing faster, cheaper, better—and most importantly, with desirable design.
As construction costs rise and labor shortages worsen, ARCA offers a smarter solution: a panelized system that cuts on-site labor by 80% and uses 50% less material. Unlike traditional prefab, our panels are transported flat and curved on-site, enhancing structural strength while enabling beautiful, non-boxy forms.
ARCA fills the missing middle in housing—combining bespoke architectural quality with industrial manufacturing efficiency. Perfectly aligned with new zoning laws supporting urban densification, ARCA enables medium-scale multi-family projects and empowers developers to transform lots into sustainable, design-driven housing—without operating factories.
ARCA is an off-site housing system designed for how people actually live, not constrained by the limits of what fits on a transportation truck.
