Jonathan Oddy has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jonathan began their career in 1991 as a Developer at Brite Voice Systems, where they worked on their voice mail application server and developed an interactive voice form application. In 1993, they joined Phonelink PLC as a Developer before returning to Brite Voice Systems in 1995 as a Software Team Leader, leading a team of developers in the production of an interactive voice processing unit.

In 1998, Jonathan joined ServicePower as a Senior Developer, responsible for designing and developing their Java portfolio of products. Jonathan was later promoted to Software Team Leader, leading the Java development team and extending/enhancing the company's existing product set.

Jonathan joined Finsolint (an ARCA company) in 2010 as a Principal Consultant, setting the architectural direction of the CasheXpress software solution. Jonathan later served as a Research & Development Manager, responsible for leading the growth of the development group and acting as the primary development contact for customers and partners. In 2013, they became the Technical Manager of Finsolint, overseeing day-to-day line management, budget, and resourcing. Jonathan then transitioned to the role of Software Product Owner, focusing on the leadership of the development team and the production and delivery of CasheXpress.

In 2015, Jonathan joined ARCA Worldwide when they acquired the CTS group of companies and became the CasheXpress product development team within ARCA Software Solutions group. Jonathan served as a Software Product Owner and later as a Solution Integration and Delivery Adviser. Currently, they hold the role of Global Sales Operations.

Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated expertise in software development, team leadership, and product management.

Jonathan Oddy attended Coventry University from 1987 to 1991. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science with Honors degree in Computer Science.
