Marco Mainero

Marco Mainero has an extensive work experience in the software industry. Marco is currently working at ARCA as a Software Manager and Product Owner, where they lead a team responsible for delivering software for cash recyclers. Marco ensures clarity and vision for the product to provide value to stakeholders. Before joining ARCA, Marco worked at Prima Power as a Software Manager and R&D Software Manager. In these roles, they led software teams engaged in various projects related to laser cutting machines and panel benders. Marco was involved in developing user interfaces, CNC/PLC applications, CAD/CAM software, IoT solutions, and machine learning applications. Prior to that, Marco worked at Papyrus Software as an R&D Software Engineer, focusing on web service technologies and business communication solutions. Marco also worked at Leonardo as a Senior IT Consultant, where they were part of the Eurofighter mission planner development team. Before that, Marco worked at Centro Ricerche Fiat as an IT Consultant, responsible for data analysis software in the Vehicle Dynamics unit. Throughout their career, Marco has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in software development and project management.

Marco Mainero completed a Certificate in Industry 4.0 Innovation Leader from CIM4.0 Academy in the year 2021. Prior to that, they attended the Università degli Studi di Torino where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
