Rick Partridge

Rick Partridge has a diverse work experience. Rick started their career as an Audio/Video Technician at NLCC from January 2001 to January 2003. Rick then transitioned to ABADIE SHEET METAL, INC as a Roofing Technician from July 2000 to September 2005. Following this, they joined ArcaTech Systems as a QA Technician from April 2006 to July 2008.

In 2008, Rick joined ARCA and worked as a Systems Testing Lead for over five years, from July 2008 to September 2013. Rick was responsible for test management, execution, defect tracking, and documentation.

After that, they joined ARCA Worldwide as a Manager of System Test from September 2013 to July 2016. Rick managed a test team, led efforts in test suite creation and execution, and collaborated with customers, vendors, and developers to resolve technical issues.

Later, Rick held the role of Global System Test Lead Link at ARCA Worldwide from July 2016 to August 2019.

Their most recent position at ARCA Worldwide is a System Integration Specialist, starting from August 2019. The end date for this role is not available.

Rick Partridge studied at Nunez Community College from 2003 to 2006, earning an Associate's degree in General Studies. Continuing their education, they attended Guilford Technical Community College from 2006 to 2009, focusing on Organizational Leadership, LEAN, and Six Sigma. While pursuing their education, Rick also obtained additional certifications, including Duolingo Italian Fluency: Elementary and Duolingo Italian Fluency: Beginner from Duolingo in 2016. Rick also achieved the Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in the same year.
